Hi, my name is Georgios Kokosioulis. I am a product manager with 2 years of experience and strong technical background. Worked as a software engineer for over 3 years before transitioning to product manager.
Through my studies and career, I have developed a systematic and analytic approach to product development and the ability to discover solutions to pain points. I am passionate about product management and user experience, therefore my expertise includes shaping and scoping minimum viable products, building strong product visions, working closely with stakeholders, motivating and leading teams and fostering working environments where open dialogue is actively encouraged for the development of innovative digital products and services.
I am also a passionate advocate of Agile and have solid experience in coordinat- ing and working with Agile teams. I am a strong believer in data-driven products and measuring success through KPIs and metrics but above all, I am a pragmatist who knows how to prioritise, focus and execute the right work at the right time.
